Practice Areas

Our practice is general in scope with a few areas of particular emphasis. Some of these are as follows:

FAMILY LAW
A substantial percentage of our practice is in the area of family law. This includes such areas as divorce, child custody and support, post?divorce modifications of custody, visitation and/or support, bill of review, pre?marital agreements, stepparent adoptions, parental and grandparent visitation rights, and paternity actions.

PROBATE AND GUARDIANSHIPS
We represent persons in guardianships and the administration of guardianships.

We occasionally lack the time, experience or expertise to handle certain cases for our clients. In those instances we will make every effort to provide our clients with the names of other attorneys who appear to be qualified to handle such matters.
